Shipping Policy
At the Ironwood Collective, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. All standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
We currently offer standard domestic shipping across the U.S. with a flat rate of $10 for orders under $75. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. We offer expedited shipping for $25. Orders over $75 may pay the additional $15 for expedited shipping instead of opting for the free standard shipping. Orders shipped with this option typically arrive within 2–4 business days. For nearby regions, standard ground shipping may arrive just as quickly—we’ll always choose the fastest available carrier when possible. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Ironwood Collective is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address entries or carrier delays. Return & Exchange Policy
At the Ironwood Collective, we stand behind the quality of every product we send out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@theironwoodcollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We will help guide you through the process.
Please note that customized, limited edition, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the issue so we can make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we are always here to help ensure your experience with the Ironwood Collective exceeds expectations.
