  • What kind of coffee do you use?
    Small-batch, specialty-grade beans. No filler, no BS. Every roast is hand-picked to reflect the Ironwood standard — bold, balanced, and built for people who get after it.
  • Are your pods compatible with Keurig?
    Yep, our single-serve pods work with most Keurig® machines.
  • Do you offer decaf?
    Not right now, but it's coming. Decaf is on our radar and will be part of the lineup soon.
  • What sizes do your shirts come in?
    Small to XXL. All tees are high-quality cotton blends with a classic fit — no scratchy promo junk.
  • What’s included in each product?
    You’ll find exact details on each product page — roast style, bag size, mug ounces, shirt materials, etc. We keep it clean and clear.
  • Can I cancel or change my preorder?
    If you need to make a change, shoot us an email at support@theironwoodcollective.com. We’ll do our best to help, but keep in mind once we start packing, it’s locked in.
  • When will my preorder ship?
    All preorder items will ship by the end of July. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is packed and ready to roll.

  • How much is shipping?
    Orders over $75 ship free. Under that, it’s a flat $10. We’re not trying to get rich off shipping, we're just trying to cover our cost.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet. Right now, we’re keeping it U.S. only while we grow.
  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships. If something feels off, let us know.
